I started The House Wash Guy KC because I believe in doing things the right way — showing up when I say I will, charging what I quoted, and not leaving until the job is done right. That's not a marketing line. That's just how I was raised.
I'm a Kansas City guy through and through. I know these neighborhoods, I know these properties, and I know what it means when a homeowner or business owner trusts me with their investment. I don't take that lightly.
What started as a one-truck operation has grown into a full exterior cleaning business serving homes and commercial properties across the KC metro. The approach hasn't changed since day one: quote the job honestly, run it the way I'd want it run at my own place, and stay in touch after.
Every property is different, but the standard is the same on all of them: professional-grade equipment, the right method for the surface, and a walkthrough before I call it done. If you're not happy, I'm not done.

Low-pressure soft washing for vinyl, brick, and stucco — removes algae and mildew without forcing water behind your siding.
Roof Cleaning
Those black streaks are gloeocapsa magma — a bacteria that eats your shingles. We kill it at the root and it stays gone.
Concrete & Driveway Cleaning
Hot water and a surface cleaner pull out oil, rust, and the gray film that a garden hose won't touch.
Commercial Building Washing

This guy is one of the best in Kc. No job to small. I needed him to pressure wash a three story building of mine and was no hesitation. From top to bottom made it look brand new again.
